Refund policy
Try the free taster first - that is what it is for. If you subscribe and it turns out not to be for you, here is how refunds work.

Your 14-day right
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off right when you buy digital services online. Because paid access starts the moment you subscribe, subscribing means you agree to immediate supply of the digital content. Under EU rules that can limit the automatic right of withdrawal once you start consuming the content - so here is the policy we actually apply, which is simpler and at least as generous.
The policy
Full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not substantially used the paid question bank. Answered a handful of questions while deciding? That's fine, you still get the refund. Worked through a large part of the paid bank in your first fortnight and then asked for your money back? That's the situation the "substantially used" line exists for.
After 14 days, no refunds on the current period - but you can cancel anytime from your account page and your access runs to the end of what you paid for.
How to ask
Email hello@publicservicepathway.com from the address on your account, say you want a refund, and we will sort it within a few working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe.
